Personality:
Chizuru is an innocently CLUELESS person who doesn't know much about herself or things around her, thus the reason why she asks questions. She has no proper recollection of her past and only remembers waking up under an Adirondack Crabapple tree as a tree spirit. She has good intentions and doesn't like seeing people angry or sad, though at times, she tends to not understand what you mean. Always seemed to be carrying a locked journal around with her but doesn't remember if she had opened it before and doesn't know the contents. She panics when she losses the journal. She is also always seen with leaves and/or twigs sticking out of her hair. When she knows you've done something wrong, she will not hesitate to scold you (though it's hard to take her seriously). She is also quite childish and gets excited by the little things. She really love animals and loves to communicate to them, they were her first friends. She is very forgetful and tends to either forget to wear shoes or socks, though enjoys walking barefooted. It is a wonder how she was able to be followed by animals.

" Oh, hello everyone! Everyone calls me Chizuru, nice to meet you all! Hoping we'll all get along well. "

Reason of death:
Chizuru had never met her real parents. She was left at the orphanage when she was barely a year old and was adopted afterwards by a "kind" couple at the age of 4.

As a child, Chizuru had always been sickly. She suffered a weak heart and was constantly hospitalized. Despite knowing about it, she continued to be happy and was not discouraged by her condition.

Everyone, believing that Chizuru was weak at heart, had not known the true reason behind why it was impossible to cure her. It was because she was abused by her adoptive parents. They would always scream and shout at her, smashing things and whiping her. They would complain why she would be always running off to forests or why she had to go to hospitals for what they called, "minor injuries". They would also call her the cause of all their miseries and used her as a slave to do the chores that normal kids couldn't do. The bruises she had were so very visible until they decided to hire a private doctor to make up a cover story regarding her condition. She was almost raped by her adoptive father once but was caught and blamed by her adoptive mother for seducing her husband.

Everyday the abused grew more painful. Despite that, she continued to pretend it was nothing. She would continue to listen to them and run to the forested areas to befriend the animals there. She did found an empty journal one day, and decided to write her daily life activities and problems, including the abuses she went through. She brought the journal along everywhere, even letting her animal friends put their foot prints on each pages. She believed she was contented this way.

On the day of the opening of the high school she was supposed to attend, she was abused by her parents once again before she left home. She decided to stop by her friends but on her way there, her breathing began to become haggard. Her chest clenched in pain and her head throbbed. She leaned onto a tree for support and knew that her end was near. She fumbled through her bag and pulled out her journal, locked it and burried the key underneath the soil of the tree.

She looked up to the flowers of the tree she was leaning on.
"An Adirondack Crabapple Tree.." she mumbled to herself. She let a small smile and her breathing began to dissipitate until she was no longer breathing. When her friends started to look for her, they found her dead. She died under the Adirondack Crabapple Tree surrounded by her only friends.

Her parents, after finding out that she had died, went into hiding and had become fugitives.

"I want to be one with nature."

Reason for being a tree spirit:
To be closer to nature and communicate more with her animal friends.
